He is PSYPACT inter-jurisdictional psychologist qualified in telehealth evaluations.

Neuropsychological and Psychological evaluations for the purpose of mitigating sentence and introducing elements of diminished capacity.

Speciality in trauma-related conditions (PTSD), Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), and dementia.

Such evaluations are used to determine eligibility and appropriateness for pleas of Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity (NGRI) and Guilty Except Insane (GEI).

Primary areas include PTSD, TBI, and Intellectual / Developmental  Disabilities

Dr. Hupp has provided EW services in criminal sanity and mitigation, personal injury neuropsychological cases, and as a general psychological expert.

He is qualified under Federal Rule 702 as a mental health expert and has testified at the State and Federal level.

Dr. Hupp is a HIMS trained neuropsychologist and has completed the FAA basic course in neuropsychological assessment.
